First of all, thank you to all who submitted their layouts. Though summer is fast approaching, layouts poured and we were once again buzzin' and hoppin'.
Since we are all very excited with April, we would not delay the announcement.

I had such a hard time picking one layout because all the entries were so unique and beautiful in their own way. However, because this is a contest, I was allowed to pick ONE winner. After much deliberation, I voted for Bebang's adorable layout. Her layering technique is superb! Although a fairly simple technique, it adds a ton of dimension to her project. Her "trendy" banner is amazingly cute! Instead of flags, I love that she used hearts. What a great touch!

Beautiful World by Bebang
Combo #2 : Strawberry Cheesecake
LO Description:
There's no way to best descibe this LO than with my two son's favorite nursery prayer:
"Thank You Lord for this beautiful world, for the sun and the blue blue sky, for the birds and the trees and the flowers and the bees, and the pink pretty butterflies!"
just changed red to pink coz that's the color of the butterflies that I have lol :)
Materials Used:
AC glitter cardstock and papers, Dear Lizzy typewriter thickers, AC bird stamp, hambly butterflies, prima flowers, brown felt, ribbons, TA glimmer mist, sharpie pen, beads and ribbons from my stash

Challenge #31 : Guest Judge
Hi, I’m Sarah. I live in the sunny (most of the time) state of California, United States. Scrapbooking has always been a part of my life since my high school days, but it has recently become an everyday activity (aka. addiction)! On top of being a hobby, it helps me relax and relieve my stress. Besides, the best part about scrapbooking is there is no right or wrong way to do it, so I can never make a mistake at something I love!
I started scrapbooking as a way to write about my life and to document my struggles, thoughts, and dreams. Never in my wildest imaginations did I think that I would be able to create with such amazing design teams, see my work in printed publications, or be teaching at a handful of local scrapbook stores. Seriously, it’s been an amazing adventure.
...and yes, I'm that girl that always scraps about her oh-so-adorable dogs, Maui and Hilo.
